More than 200 volunteers of SSI Arsa staff from Sahaviriya Steel Industries Plc. together with Bangsaphan people participated in “Beautifying Bangsaphan’s important places volunteering program” on the auspicious occasion of HRH the Crown Prince Maha Vajiralongkorn’s fifth-cycle birthday anniversary. The activities included cleaning, pruning trees and weeding in waterway in the surrounding area of Bangsaphan District Office and Kao Both Royal Temple in order to clear up the areas and make them more beautiful and clean. Therefore, local people could use them as exercising places and arranging public events. Mr. Tavil Chantawaranurak, Assistant District Chief Officer of Bangsaphan presided over this volunteering program which was held on 18 July 2012.

เอสเอสไอ-ชุมชนร่วมอาสาปรับปรุงภูมิทัศน์สถานที่สำคัญบางสะพาน

พนักงานอาสา บริษัท สหวิริยาสตีลอินดัสตรี จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือ เอสเอสไอพร้อมด้วยชาวบางสะพาน กว่า 200 คน ร่วมกันเป็นอาสาสมัคร โครงการปรับปรุงภูมิทัศน์สถานที่ราชการและสถานที่สำคัญอำเภอบางสะพาน จังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์ เฉลิมพระเกียรติสมเด็จพระบรมโอรสาธิราชฯ สยามมกุฎราชกุมาร เนื่องในโอกาสมหามงคลที่ทรงเจริญพระชนมพรรษา 5 รอบ โดย ทำความสะอาด ตัดแต่งกิ่งไม้ และกำจัดวัชพืชในลำคลอง ได้แก่ บริเวณโดยรอบที่ว่าการอำเภอ และบริเวณวัดเขาโบสถ์ พระอารามหลวงเพื่อให้สถานที่ดังกล่าว มีความสะอาด สวยงามร่มรื่นเป็นที่ออกกำลังกายแก่ประชาชนทั่วไป และสาธารณะประโยชน์ต่อไป โดยมี นายถวิล ฉันทาวรานุรักษ์ ปลัดอาวุโส อำเภอบางสะพาน เป็นประธานเปิดโครงการกิจกรรมดังกล่าว เมื่อวันที่ 18 กรกฎาคม ที่ผ่านมา
