Sahaviriya Steel Industries Plc. (SSI) and the Iron and Steel Institute of Thailand (ISIT) joined force in arranging a road show to promote “Thailand Steel House Contest 2012: Greenovation: Less is more” to win the Royal Trophies from HRH Princess Maha Chakri Siridhorn and more than Bt. 1 million rewards. This activity was held at the Faculty of Architecture and Planning, Thammasat University, Rangsit campus which was the first university on the list. The activity has received many good feedbacks from lecturers and students. Moreover, it aimed at providing information and attracting people to join the contest. The road show will be continuously run throughout  August-September 2012 in 25 universities around the country.

ประกวดบ้านเหล็ก ปี 55 ชิงถ้วยพระราชทานสมเด็จพระเทพรัตนราชสุดา สยามบรมราชกุมารี

          บริษัท สหวิริยาสตีลอินดัสตรี จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือ เอสเอสไอ ร่วมมือ สถาบันเหล็กและเหล็กกล้าแห่งประเทศไทย จัดกิจกรรมนำเสนอข้อมูลโครงการ “ประกวดออกแบบบ้านเหล็กด้วยนวัตกรรมเขียว” ประจำปี 2555 (Thailand Steel House Contest 2012: Greenovation: Less is more) ชิงถ้วยพระราชทานสมเด็จพระเทพรัตนราชสุดา สยามบรมราชกุมารี และเงินรางวัลรวมกว่า 1 ล้านบาท ให้กับคณาจารย์และนักศึกษา คณะสถาปัตยกรรมศาสตร์และการผังเมือง มหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์ ศูนย์รังสิต เป็นแห่งแรก เพื่อเชิญชวนเข้าร่วมส่งผลงานประกวด ซึ่งได้รับความสนใจจากนักศึกษาในการเข้าร่วมฟังกิจกรรมดังกล่าวเป็นจำนวนมาก ทั้งนี้โครงการมีแผนออกเดินสายประชาสัมพันธ์ตั้งแต่เดือนสิงหาคม – กันยายน 2555 ไปยังมหาวิทยาลัย 25 แห่งทั่วประเทศ
