Sahaviriya Steel Industries Plc. or SSI contributed Baht 20,000 into the fund to help the less-privileged children as scholarships for more than 200 youth under supervision of Child Assistance Foundation, Amphur Muang, Khon Kaen. This project was one of the social and community responsibility policies of the Company which has been done continually with aims to enhance the educational opportunity for the youth so they can grow up to be the qualified people in the future.

บริษัท สหวิริยาสตีลอินดัสตรี จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือเอสเอสไอ มอบเงินจำนวน 20,000 บาท สมทบทุนเข้ากองทุนช่วยเหลือเด็กด้อยโอกาส สำหรับเป็นทุนการศึกษาให้แก่เยาวชนที่อยู่ในความดูแลของมูลนิธิช่วยเหลือเด็ก อ.เมือง จ.ขอนแก่น จำนวนกว่า 200 คน ซึ่งเป็นหนึ่งในนโยบายความรับผิดชอบต่อชุมชนและสังคมของบริษัทฯ ที่ได้ดำเนินการมาอย่างต่อเนื่อง ด้วยการเสริมสร้างโอกาสทางการศึกษาให้กับเยาวชนเพื่อพวกเขาเหล่านี้ได้เติบโตขึ้นมาอย่างมีคุณภาพต่อไปในอนาคต
