Dr. Maruey Phadoongsidhi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Sahaviriya Steel Industries Plc. or SSI, presided the presentation of 46 scholarships and certificates to the youth who won the drawing contest in the topic of “Reduce Global Warming” under the project of “Silp San Fan Pun Numjai SSI Phur Nong Duay Ruk” for 2008. There was also an exhibition of the winning drawings at Atrium 2 Square, Siam Center to encourage other youth to pay more attention to art works to enhance their concentration and to make them spend their free time productively.

            ดร.มารวย ผดุงสิทธิ์ ประธานกรรมการ บริษัท สหวิริยาสตีลอินดัสตรี จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือ เอสเอสไอ เป็นประธานมอบทุนการศึกษาและประกาศนียบัตร ให้แก่เยาวชนที่ชนะการประกวดวาดภาพ หัวข้อ “ลดโลกร้อน” ในโครงการ “ศิลป์สานฝันปันน้ำใจ เอสเอสไอเพื่อน้องด้วยรัก” ประจำปี 2551 จำนวน 46 รางวัล ซึ่งภายในงานได้จัดแสดงนิทรรศการภาพวาดฝีมือเยาวชนที่ชนะการประกวดรางวัลประเภทต่างๆ เพื่อสร้างขวัญและกำลังใจให้แก่เยาวชนผู้สร้างสรรค์ผลงานและเยาวชนอื่นๆ ให้หันมาสนใจงานศิลปะเสริมสร้างสมาธิและรู้จักการใช้เวลาให้มีประโยชน์ ณ ลานเอเทรี่ยม 2 ศูนย์การค้าสยามเซ็นเตอร์
