Sahaviriya Steel Industries Public Company Limited (SSI) collaborated with the Office of Prachuap Khirikhan Primary Educational Service Area Zone1 and Bangsaphan Science Teacher Network in arranging “the 11th Conservation Youth Camp” which was held during 5-7 October 2016 at Ban Tha Kam School. There were 110 students from high school Pratom5 from 21 schools in Bangsaphan district, participating the event. The purpose of arranging the camp is to instill environment conservation mind into local young people and encourage them to have green hearts to protect natural resources and the environment, by joining activities arranged in the camp.
SSI focuses on sustainable use of natural resources. The Company has started many environmental campaigns in order to encourage local people and staffs to join activities that benefit to the society and environment by learning both in theory and in practice through various projects.

จัดค่ายนักอนุรักษ์รุ่นเยาว์บางสะพาน รุ่นที่ 11

บริษัท สหวิริยาสตีลอินดัสตรี จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือ เอสเอสไอ ร่วมกับสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาจังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์เขต 1 และเครือข่ายครูวิทยาศาสตร์อำเภอบางสะพาน จัดกิจกรรมค่ายนักอนุรักษ์รุ่นเยาว์ รุ่นที่ 11 ขึ้น ระหว่างวันที่ 5-7 ตุลาคม 2559 ที่ผ่านมา ณ โรงเรียนบ้านท่าขาม โดยมีนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 5 เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมจำนวน 110 คน จากโรงเรียนในพื้นที่อำเภอบางสะพาน จำนวน 21 แห่ง เพื่อปลูกฝังจิตสำนึกที่ดีให้แก่เยาวชนในท้องถิ่นและให้เยาวชนคนรุ่นใหม่มีหัวใจสีเขียว มีจิตใจในการอนุรักษ์และหวงแหนทรัพยากรธรรมชาติและสิ่งแวดล้อมผ่านกิจกรรมต่างๆ ที่จัดขึ้นภายในค่ายนักอนุรักษ์รุ่นเยาว์
เอสเอสไอ ให้ความสำคัญในการนำทรัพยากรธรรมชาติไปใช้อย่างยั่งยืน จึงได้เริ่มดำเนินโครงการด้านอนุรักษ์สิ่งแวดล้อมต่างๆ เพื่อส่งเสริมให้คนในชุมชน และพนักงานได้มีโอกาสทำกิจกรรมที่เกิดประโยชน์ต่อสังคมและสิ่งแวดล้อม ได้เรียนรู้ รวมถึงได้ร่วมลงมือปฏิบัติจริงในพื้นที่ ผ่านโครงการต่างๆที่ได้จัดขึ้น
