Sahaviriya Steel Industries PCL (SSI) and Thai Cold Rolled Steel Sheet PCL (TCRSS) arranged “SSI & TCRSS Arsa: Improving and Beautifying Mattayom Noppakhun School” volunteering activity at Moo.1, Kamnerd Noppakhun, Bangsaphan, Prachuapkirikhan. Mr. Nava Chantanasurakon, Vice President -Public Affairs and Social Responsibility of SSI and President of TCRSS, together with 150 people, including the companies’ executives, volunteer employees, Mr. Jirote Kaewdang, Executive of Mattayom Noppakhun School, teachers and local people, participated in the event. The activities include repairing damaged concrete floors in classrooms, fixing and coloring broken playground equipments for the safe use, and repairing sink faucet for kindergarten students with the aim of preparing the school for new semester of 2013.
The objectives of Arsa activity are: 1) to encourage SSI & TCRSS employees to actively engage in community development activities 2) to strengthen relationship between school, community and the companies and 3) to make a better life for Bangsaphan people.

บริษัท สหวิริยาสตีลอินดัสตรี จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือเอสเอสไอ ร่วมกับ บริษัท เหล็กแผ่นรีดเย็นไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือ ทีซีอาร์เอสเอส ร่วมจัด “โครงการเอสเอสไอ-ทีซีอาร์เอสเอส อาสา ปรับปรุงสถานศึกษา โรงเรียนมัธยมนพคุณ” โดย นายนาวา จันทนสุรคน ผู้ช่วยกรรมการผู้จัดการใหญ่ เอสเอสไอและกรรมการผู้จัดการใหญ่ ทีซีอาร์เอสเอสพร้อมด้วยผู้บริหาร พนักงานจิตอาสา รวมทั้งนายจิโรจน์ แก้วแดง ผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนมัธยมนพคุณ คณะครูและชาวบ้าน กว่า 150 คน ร่วมกันซ่อมแซมพื้นอาคารเรียนที่ทรุดตัวและแตกร้าว ปรับปรุงเครื่องเล่นเด็กให้มีความปลอดภัย ซ่อมแซมระบบประปาและก๊อกน้ำสำหรับเด็กเล็กใช้แปรงฟัน เพื่อให้พร้อมรับการเปิดภาคเรียน ปีการศึกษา 2556 ณ โรงเรียนมัธยมนพคุณ หมู่ 1 ตำบลกำเนิดนพคุณ อำเภอบางสะพาน จังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์
กิจกรรมความร่วมมือดังกล่าวจัดขึ้นเพื่อส่งเสริมให้พนักงาน เอสเอสไอ และ ทีซีอาร์เอสเอสเข้ามามีส่วนร่วมในกิจกรรมพัฒนาชุมชนอย่างเข็มแข็ง เป็นการสร้างเสริมความสัมพันธ์อันดี สร้างความสามัคคีระหว่างโรงเรียน ชุมชน และองค์กรภาคเอกชน ผ่านกิจกรรมร่วมพัฒนาชุมชน และร่วมสร้างสรรค์สังคมบางสะพานให้น่าอยู่มากยิ่งขึ้น
