Sahaviriya Steel Industries Plc. or SSI organized the “SSI to Open Intellectual Treasury” project by presenting Britannica Concise Encyclopedia, in Thai version, worth more than Baht 400,000 (Four hundred thousand Baht only) to 43 educational institutes in areas of Amphur Bang Saphan as the gift on Children Day at the Auditorium Meeting Room, Sahaviriya Steel Industries Public Company Limited, Bang Saphan, Prachuab Khirikhan. This encyclopedia can also be served as self learning source of the youth in the local areas. Such activity is one of the policies to help developing the educational quality of the communities, so it can be as strong and equally as the ones in the big cities.

บริษัท สหวิริยาสตีลอินดัสตรี จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือ เอสเอสไอ จัด “โครงการเอสเอสไอเปิดคลังปัญญาสารานุกรมไทย” โดยมอบสารานุกรม Britannica Concise Encyclopedia ภาคภาษาไทย มูลค่ากว่า 400,000 บาท (สี่แสนบาทถ้วน)ใน ให้แก่สถานศึกษา 43 แห่งในเขตพื้นที่อำเภอบางสะพาน เพื่อมอบเป็นของขวัญวันเด็กให้แก่เยาวชนบางสะพาน และส่งเสริมแหล่งการเรียนรู้ด้วยตนเองของเยาวชนในท้องถิ่น ณ ห้องประชุมออดิทอเรียม บริษัท สหวิริยาสตีลอินดัสตรีจำกัด (มหาชน) อ.บางสะพาน จ.ประจวบคีรีขันธ์ กิจกรรมดังกล่าวเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของนโยบายการร่วมพัฒนาระดับคุณภาพการศึกษาของชุมชนให้แข็งแกร่งและทัดเทียมเมืองใหญ่
